三、修改稿

SCI论文投稿后的13种状态

sci投稿了，仅仅是发表sci论文的开始，之后投稿是否成功了、是否审核了、是否录用了等，作者可以通过“投稿状态”进行了解。那么，sci投稿状态有哪些?

1、Submitted to Journal(稿件提交)

发sci要按照期刊规定的投稿途径提交文章。当按提交按钮后，就会显示“Submitted to Journal”，代表文章刚提交。

2、Manuscript received by Editorial Office(投稿成功)/submission incomplete(稿件退回给作者)

投稿有成功和没有成功之分，当显示“Manuscript received by Editorial Office”，代表投稿成功。当显示“submission incomplete”，代表投稿没有成功，需要作者仔细核对，可能有些步骤没做。

3、With editor(稿件被分配)

投稿成功的稿件，会分配给不同的责任编辑处理。

4、Reviewers assigned(选好审稿人)

责任编辑处理稿件会有两种结果，一种是拒稿，另外一种是匹配合适的审稿人。当显示“Reviewers assigned”，说明编辑选好了审稿人，代表稿件进入下一环节。

5、Under review(审稿人正在审稿)

审稿人同意后，要对稿件进行审核，这一过程等待时间较长。

6、Review completed(审稿人提交报告)

审稿人审核完毕后，什么结果，会以报告的形式提交给责任编辑。

7、Evaluating Recommendation(评估审稿人意见)

审稿人的意见如何，责任编辑要进行评估。

8、Decision in Process(等待稿件处理意见)

评估审稿人意见完毕后，稿件是录用、修改还是拒稿。

9、Minor revision(小修)/Major revision(大修)

处理意见是修改的话，分为小修和大修。作者要根据修改意见完成稿件的修改。

10、Revision Submitted(返修)

修改后的稿件应该在规定时间内重新提交给期刊方受理。

11、Revision Submitted to Journal(又开始一个循环)

返修的稿件到底如何，需要开启新一轮的审核程序。

12、Accepted(接受/录用)

稿件达到了期刊录用的标准，就会被接受或录用。从而进入下一个阶段。

13、Rejected(拒稿)

稿件达不到期刊录用的标准，就会被期刊拒稿。作者可以修改后重投或改投其他期刊。

第一次投稿sci论文，有什么需要注意的地方？

用英语写作是发表SCI论文所必需的。 国内的中文期刊一般收录的EI最多，所以很难发表SCI论文。 有必要多读科技论文创作技术的书。

标题党无处不在，不正确不恰当的标题审稿人一眼就没兴趣，第一印象大打折扣。 论文在说什么：提供论文的主题，阐述论文的内容和类型与期刊的主旨如何一致。 说明论文对现有文献的贡献。 你为什么觉得这个重要？

如果你的论文和其他已经发表的内容重复，请告诉期刊。 如果文章报告某个研究发现，则调查使用同一项目的数据集或数据集的子集(情况、变量、情况)的其他文章是发表、报道还是正在审阅中。 注明每篇文章的引用信息，有些期刊要求作者提供这些正在审查的文章的秘密复印件，有时要求编辑提供复印件。

所有合作者均符合签名资格，阅读最终版论文并宣布同意签名顺序。 简要说明每个合作者的贡献(请注意，要更改作者的排序、添加或删除，需要所有列名作者的同意。 没有认为自己应该成为作者的人可以联系编辑)。 在签名问题解决、记录完善之前，论文不会发表或被接受。

利益冲突：所有共同作者提供自己的利益冲突(conflicts ?ofinterest，COIs ?)信息，直接使用期刊出版社开发的机制即可。 COIs声明应该列入投稿信和论文封面页。 如果没有利益冲突，直接说“theauthorshavenoconflictsofinteresttoreport”即可。
